Shipping

We will have your products in the hands of the delivery company as fast as possible, usually within 3-4 days of your order. This does not include "Made to Order" items, which is two weeks at the longest. In the event we are out of stock of an item you will be promptly notified via email. Please note that expedited shipping options dictate the time in transit, not the time from ordering to delivery. Shipping is by First Class mail if under 4lbs and UPS for packages 4lbs and over.  If expedited shipping is preferred, please email custserv@betterdaysdesigns with information. Basic shipping rates below.

Shipping Rates
$1.50 per item via USPS                                                                                $10.00 for ground shipping via UPS for packages over 4lbs.                              $15.00 Expedited shipment

Return Policy                                                                                                 For the protection of our customers and hygiene reasons, masks cannot be resold so please shop carefully.  For safety and health reasons (tampering), we cannot accept returns or exchanges of Protect-Ease Face Masks, Comf-Ease Pillows, Comf-Ease Pillowcase and Protect-Ease Pouch.

All of our items are handmade, some by women who are learning to sew so each one is unique.  Our goal is to provide first quality merchandise from Better Days Designs and our products are guaranteed for 30 days from defective workmanship.  If you receive a defective product, we will replace it at no charge after the defective product has been returned to Better Days Designs, Inc. 

Only defective, damaged or wrong items delivered will be exchanged if we are notified within 7 days from the date you receive your shipment. Items must be in their original condition along with packaging and a copy of the original shipping invoice. We recommend you return items to us by insured mail to avoid any possible incident of missing or being lost.

Security and Privacy Policy
All personal information is kept private and used exclusively for the purpose of processing your orders and requests. Strict guidelines are adhered to in order to protect personal information. Occasionally, we may run special sales; these sales are exclusive to our website and are sent as electronic notices. If at anytime you wish to unsubscribe to these notices, send us an email requesting to unsubscribe.

Better Days Designs utilizes Paypal for payment information.  We do not collect or maintain any of your payment information.

Sales Tax

Sales tax is 6% for orders placed within Kentucky
